Telegram / Viber bot

 
iFurn.pro provides automatic notification of the Client:
- change order status
- warning about the disposal of residues when the storage period is exceeded
- change of production date
- authorization data
 
By default, data is sent via email and SMS. Data is sent via SMS if the service provider has activated the required service.
 
If it is more convenient for the Client to receive all messages through the bot, they need to scan the QR code with their phone, which opens when they hover over the mouse.
 
 
After opening the bot, ALWAYS SEND YOUR NUMBER (there is a button at the bottom of the smartphone screen), this is the only way you will register, otherwise it will not work.
 
The bot is interactive - you can see information on all your orders by clicking the "My Orders" button. On request, you can open all the data directly on your smartphone.
