Pricing for a furniture manufacturer
When ordering services through the Company - a service provider, the prices for services and goods are set by the Company independently.
In the first product card, the price is by default. In the second card, the price set by the user (the method of sale "Products without loss" is immediately indicated).
To set the price, you need to click on the pencil and enter the data.
For all goods, except for board materials, the method of sale is only "Goods without loss". Those. when selling 1 meter of linear edge, the system will add 1 linear meter to the specification. edges
For board materials, different rules apply:
- Can be sold in one or two ways
- the first way to sell sheets: a whole sheet or half a sheet horizontally or a half sheet vertically
- the second way of sale in m2:
- Goods without loss - detail 1*1m=1m2
- Waste 20% - item 1*1m=1.2 m2
- Waste 15%
- Waste 50%
- the third method of sale - an addition to the second method - combined cutting.
If 12 m2 was taken from the warehouse (2 sheets of 6m2 each) and after cutting a piece of 1 * 1 m = 1m2 was returned to the warehouse, the combined cutting will count the sale to the client of 11 m2.
At the same time, the automation will calculate 6 m2 at the sheet sale price (usually cheaper), 5 m2 will be calculated at the sale price in m2.
Combined cutting makes it possible to:
- Sell to the client the actual material consumption with all waste, cuts, trimmings
- Pay a fair price to the client
- The calculation of services will also be divided proportionally between the sheet and the detailed method of sale.
Combined cutting is enabled in the parameters - pricing.
