By clicking on the "Cart" icon you go to the calculation of your order.
At the top in the center you see the name and order ID, by clicking on the "Pencil" - the name can be edited.
At the top right you can choose the currency in which the order will be recalculated.
The following is a separate cost estimate for materials and services.
In the calculation of Materials, it is indicated: the type of calculation of the material (sq. m., whole sheet), the quantity and cost of each material separately (Edge, plate material), at the end the total cost of all materials. When you change the type of material calculation, the cost of the material changes automatically.
Also, if the Material calculation type is in Whole sheets, then you can see what "Business balance" (size and quantity) will be transferred either to the client when this option is activated with a "Checkmark". If "Ticked", then the balance will be automatically determined by the program to the Warehouse.
The calculation of the Services indicates: Description, quantity and cost of each service separately and the total cost of all Services together.
By clicking on "Pencil"
You can specify a discount for this material or service, after which it will be recalculated automatically.
In Additional services, you can, if necessary, add an additional service and specify its price, the program will automatically calculate it in the order.
Next, you can activate the options:
Urgent order - the cost of the order will be increased (All pricing settings are individually made in the Admin Panel) and the order will be automatically recalculated.
Combined cutting makes it possible to:
- Sell to the client the actual material consumption with all waste, cuts, trimmings
- Pay a fair price to the client
- The calculation of services will also be divided proportionally between the sheet and the detailed method of sale.
You can also see the PRELIMINARY date of order completion.
The "Printer" button allows you to enter all forms and reports on the order.
At the very end, you see the total amount of the entire order.
